Sakura Komachi

Our host was lovely and has her own restaurant next door. She offered to allow us to check in later and just press a bell to alert her at her restaurant, which was very kind of her. They let us know we could use the kitchen to make food or make tea/coffee. There were two rooms as far as we could tell, and the guests in the room next to us were very quiet, but I think if they weren't, we would definitely hear it. We REALLY enjoyed having a bed, as we had had futons up to this point and we appreciated having a thicker mattress. There was enough room in our room to hang up clothes after doing laundry and they included some hangers and a little hanging tree (there was a machine downstairs you could use). Also, very charming paintings of yokai on the downstairs walls - very cute and welcoming place!

Location was perfect for everything we needed. There was also a Lawsons right next door so we could always get the things we needed. The room itself gave that authentic Japanese vibe that my partner and I really loved.
